Jennifer is a forward-thinking leader who inspires design development and project management best practices to deliver successful projects. During her 25-year career, Jennifer has gained a unique perspective of architecture and design through the lens of commercial real estate across multiple sectors including Commercial, Public Buildings, Retail and Health Sciences. She has a strong understanding of project delivery models and major capital programs in the private and public sector for repositioning, redevelopment and new sites.

As Principal, Commercial at NORR, Jennifer applies her deep knowledge of workplace strategies in consulting with companies of all sizes. She guides clients and project teams through the identification of requirements for evolving workplaces and transforming the future of work. Jennifer’s approach is to create impactful, creative and sustainable solutions that respond to client business objectives and employee well-being, fostering a company’s ability to be more agile bringing together the digital world and physical space for a cohesive workplace. Her design solutions consider all aspects of reusing, repurposing and upcycling to protect the environment.

As a champion of change, Jennifer is an active member of TCREW, CAWIC, CORE. Her drive for mentoring others extends to Junior Achievement, a role that facilitates education and information locally with a greater purpose to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. At work and at home, Jennifer is driven to build change capacity for the greater good of humanity.
