Adam Jeckel
AIA, NCARB
Principal, Residential, North America
Adam Jeckel is motivated by the opportunity to turn client goals into places that add lasting value to communities. With more than two decades of experience, he brings a collaborative, purpose-driven approach to Residential developments, balancing design quality, client priorities, and project realities.
Adam focuses on multifamily and mixed-use projects for new construction, office-to-residential conversions, and adaptive reuse of historic buildings. As Principal, he leads teams across high-rise, mid-rise, and low-rise housing, with experience in market-rate, attainable, student, and seniors living.
Working closely with clients, Adam looks for ways to get more out of every site—whether that means increasing density, converting an existing building, or finding a smarter path to new housing. With housing supply under pressure in many cities, he looks for practical ways to add units while considering pro formas, sustainability targets, constructability, and programming.
A lifelong fascination with buildings continues to influence Adam. He believes solving the housing challenge requires public and private sectors to work together—policy and infrastructure enabling more housing, and the development and AEC industries advancing speed, efficiency, innovation, and scalable solutions that improve affordability and supply.
