He combines creative vision and technical knowledge to lead multidisciplinary teams across acute, continuing, community, ambulatory, cancer care, and life sciences settings. As a champion of the Immersive Design Process, his approach supports the integration of virtual reality and in-situ simulation technologies to foster collaboration between clinicians and architects, rigorously testing solutions to improve care delivery.

Frank is guided by human-centric and evidence-based design, creating healing environments that place patients at the center of their care. He identifies emerging influences and anticipates how technology and market forces will change care delivery.
