Since joining NORR in 2000, Kevin has led numerous large-scale, fast-track projects across the Aviation, Defence, and Space sectors. His portfolio includes significant development work at Edinburgh and Glasgow Airports, multiple UK Defence bases, and Sutherland and Prestwick Spaceports.

Throughout his career, Kevin has successfully delivered demanding projects in highly regulated environments where safety, security, technical coordination, and operational continuity are essential.

Kevin’s airport design experience focuses on creating exceptional passenger experiences while supporting operational efficiency within live airport environments. He leads multidisciplinary design teams to deliver innovative projects across all areas of airport terminal buildings.

With significant experience in controlled environments, he understands the discipline, discretion, and regulatory compliance required across the broader defence ecosystem, including mission-critical infrastructure, operational facilities, and storage, maintenance, and training facilities.

As architect and lead designer for the development of spaceports in Scotland, Kevin has considerable experience with both vertical and horizontal launch facilities, including the integration of horizontal launch operations into existing airports.

Known for his keen eye for detail and collaborative leadership style, Kevin is committed to meeting client needs, maintaining compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
