Manoj Mistry
P.Eng., C.Eng., MICE
Vice President, Defence, North America
Manoj is a Professional Engineer and Chartered Engineer with over 35 years of experience delivering complex, high-profile infrastructure and building programs across Canada, the US, and UK.
As Vice President, Defence, Manoj has a clear focus on mission-critical work where facilities support larger operational, security, and logistics ecosystems. He is Project Executive on Defence Construction Canada’s National Source List — A&E Services (2025–2030), and leads active engagements across quick reaction alert hangars, interim operations plans, and CAF multi-site housing and rapid deployment modular accommodations. At a time of increased investment in defence infrastructure, his proven leadership and client trust support a Defence portfolio that exceeds $1 billion in construction value.
He has a strong command of traditional, public-private procurement and delivery models, including Design-Build, P3, AFP, and Modified Design-Build, and leverages that skillset to more collaborative approaches such as Progressive P3, Integrated Project Delivery, Progressive Design-Build, and Alliance delivery. Through these flexible models, he aligns multidisciplinary project teams around shared goals of mission, accountability, and transparency.
Manoj is not afraid to ask the hard questions early. This approach helps guide solutions for new bases, modernized facilities, and infrastructure that support readiness, resilience, and long-term performance.
