Paula believes it takes a cohesive approach to solving the toughest design challenges. With more than 20 years of experience working on millions of square feet of Commercial and Hospitality interiors, she brings a wealth of knowledge to clients to help them make informed decisions. Her leadership and guidance has been instrumental in the success of NORR’s Commercial Interior Design Studio. Paula takes pride in developing and growing important relationships. Her passion for design and the people she is designing for has made her a respected leader.
As Principal, Interior Designer, Paula uses her strong leadership and mentoring skills to deliver successful projects to major clients such as Comcast and The Hankin Group. Paula believes that form follows function, and the user experience is always at the center of her design philosophy. Creating dynamic, activity-based workspaces, has been a key driver in much of her work. Paula innovatively looks at the way people work, how they collaborate and how they use technology to successfully deliver hybrid office environments. As a design partner of Comcast, Paula led the development of new workplace standards that rethink how Comcast provides flexible space in their real estate endeavours.
Paula’s passion for design started at a young age and has been fostered by many influential individuals along the way. Her desire to give back to the design community, lead her to her alma matter as a professor of Interior Design. Away from the office and her clients, she enjoys being outdoors and recharging by spending time with her family.
