Salil Ranadive

Salil brings clarity to complex engineering challenges. As Vice President, Engineering Operations, he draws on more than 35 years of experience in consulting and hands-on engineering roles.

His solutions reflect the realities facing the built environment today: aging assets, faster delivery, the transition to electrification and renewable energy, and climate resilience. Much of his work focuses on adaptive reuse, retrofits, and upgrades to active buildings, including airports, laboratories, public buildings, and commercial spaces. He guides teams in modernizing buildings and systems while keeping them operational and ready for future demands.

Technology and modelling tools play a significant role in developing tailored engineering solutions. Salil engages stakeholders early to explore options, coordinate across disciplines, and resolve design conflicts before construction begins. He believes digital delivery is most valuable when it supports informed decisions and stronger lifecycle thinking.

Salil is experienced in traditional, alternative, and collaborative delivery models, with a strong understanding of how each approach influences team structure, decision-making, and project delivery.
