During his career, he has acquired an in-depth knowledge of airport facility planning, design and development, as well  as parking structure design and construction. He was instrumental in developing new retail, restaurants and lounges for each of the major concessionaires at Pearson International Airport in Toronto, ON. His experience ranks on a world stage where he managed the Quito International Airport and Bermuda International Airport (Employers Engineer) development projects.

His leadership style is focused on enabling his team to play to their strengths and to trust in their abilities to deliver a successful project to their clients. Chris mentors his team to ensure talented individuals are afforded opportunities to build a bright future at NORR. He believes that the key to successful projects are relationships built with specialized core team members from project to project. Accountability, understanding and trust develops out of the relationships built during these projects.

When Chris isn’t with his own team at NORR, he spends time with his family and supports Toronto’s own Raptors, Blue Jays and Maple Leafs. His love of sports transcends to the golf course where he plays to his own strengths to perfect his game.
