His career spans the full project lifecycle, from definition and planning through design, execution, and commissioning. He approaches airside and landside systems as interconnected components of the broader airport environment and has led complex, vertically integrated projects involving terminals, hangars, and intermodal systems.

In Sydney, Quito, and Melbourne, Mark guided stakeholders through strategic decisions focused on passenger experience and long-term value. He takes a holistic approach to aviation, transit, and multimodal infrastructure, helping clients navigate electrification, advance ESG performance, increase revenue per passenger, and plan for future expansion.
