Since joining NORR in 2016, Memo has demonstrated clear leadership of design, project management and project delivery, combined with a strong motivation to achieve his clients’ objectives. In his role as Principal, Justice, Memo applies a proactive management style to develop his team members to expand their skill sets. He believes in finding the passion for each project to improve the built conditions. Continuous education, mentorship and professional development have become key factors to develop improved design solutions and deliver innovative projects such as the OPP Modernization Project and the Thunder Bay Correctional Facility and Kenora Jail.

As a future with reduced energy consumption approaches, more efficient and resilient buildings need to be designed. Memo embraces sustainable design to develop healthy projects which emphasize an enhanced environment to achieve users’ well-being. Equipped with LEED® and WELL® accreditations, Memo is consistently working on architectural solutions implementing a cohesive and integrated approach focused on the building envelope, energy targets, climate risk assessments, sustainability and WELL® design objectives.

An avid traveler, Memo loves visiting new countries to photograph how people use the spaces around them to learn about cultures and tendencies that can help build a more sustainable future.
