Nibras is the Vice President of Operations for the Education, Health Sciences, Justice and Public Buildings sectors, responsible for developing and leading a high-performance team to implement the regional operating plan. With more than 20 years of experience in the architecture and project management industry, Nibras appreciates that good client experience is the result of strong leadership, effective team problem solving and a collaborative work environment. His focus is to deliver quality results.
Nibras plays a central role in providing guidance on best business practices in areas such as risk mitigation, business process and project leadership. He champions the growth and the development of employees as the future leaders of the practice. His educational background and practical experience across architecture, project management and finance create significant business value for NORR, its clients and partners. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Building Transformations, formerly known as CanBIM. The organization is focused on pushing the building industry to be a leader in innovation and technology on a global scale. The board itself is comprised of industry professionals who have in-depth building and infrastructure experience in digital transformation, and who can spearhead this ambitious goal.
In his spare time, Nibras supports his two boys with their soccer and ball hockey passions. He knows that coaching and practice are the ingredients for success – both on the field and in the office.
