Katherine Sendrowicz doesn’t wait for doors to open—she builds the threshold. With more than two decades of experience across public and private architecture, she leads with clarity, curiosity, and conviction.

Her work is rooted in creating learning environments that help people learn, connect, and feel they belong. She applies that thinking to the full Education journey, from K–12 schools and post-secondary campuses to research and teaching facilities and purpose-built student housing.

With a background in design, project delivery, and studio operations, Katherine helps clients make sense of the pressures facing education providers, from enrollment shifts and changing demographics to new learning models and growing demands on campus space.

She focuses on flexible, high-performing environments that balance academic priorities and student experience with community use and long-term value. Her knowledge of funding and delivery models, including donor-supported projects, P3 and DBFMO, gives institutions a clearer path to making capital decisions that support their broader mission.

Katherine always makes room for others to grow. A lifelong learner and high-altitude climber, she brings the same focus to architecture: purpose, progress, and the people alongside her.
