As NORR’s global technology leader, Ash leads the firm’s technology strategy in the evolving architecture and engineering sector. With over 25 years of cross-industry experience, he drives a collaborative, business-first approach to digital innovation and IT investment.

He brings strong capabilities in change management, project delivery and risk governance to ensure NORR’s digital infrastructure supports design teams across platforms, geographies and disciplines. He views IT not as a support function but as a strategic enabler. Every decision made by his team reflects a clear understanding of business operations and client needs, aligning technology with enterprise goals.

Under Ash’s leadership, NORR is advancing initiatives in AI and automation, business process re-engineering and the development of a resilient Technology GRC framework—covering governance, risk, compliance and cybersecurity. These initiatives are built to strengthen business continuity and improve the overall client experience.

Ash contributes to several professional organizations, including the Project Management Institute (PMI), the CIO Association of Canada (CIOCAN) and the AEC IT Leaders Organization. He also serves on Egnyte’s AEC Customer Advisory Board, where he provides input into product strategy and development to meet the evolving needs of AEC firms.

Outside the digital realm, Ash’s passion for soccer and sports reflects his belief in teamwork and a positive “can-do” spirit—principles he brings to life both on and off the field at NORR.
