Ileana is instrumental in implementing the systems, processes and organizational tools that enable team members to deliver successful projects to clients. Since joining NORR in 2002, she made her mark with the implementation and management of NORR’s Quality Management System, an integrated and comprehensive set of quality processes, standards, and policies to improve project delivery and training.
In her role as Principal, Corporate Operations, Ileana leverages her strong analytical thinking and process-oriented decision-making to respond to the needs of the firm, project teams, and clients. She works closely with other shared services teams including HR, IT, Accounting, Legal, Global Marketing, and Operations leaders to assist in the implementation of programs across the organization. Though the pandemic, Ileana implemented enhanced health and safety protocols, helped to coordinate a flexible workplace strategy that supported operational plans and social committees to keep everyone connected at NORR.
Ileana’s organizational skills extend to her life outside the office as well, where her trips are planned to experience as much of the culture and architecture as she can fit into her itinerary. An avid photographer, she likes to document her travels and takes pride in capturing the projects NORR has designed across the globe.
