In collaboration with RH, NORR provided full architectural services for all phases of work at RH Indianapolis, The Gallery at the DeHaan Estate in Indianapolis, IN, from concept design to permit management, construction administration and documentation to structural consulting. One of the most accurate Palladian-style villas ever built in the United States, RH Indianapolis is a study in balance, symmetry and perfect proportions – the core pillars of the RH design ethos. The estate spans 151 acres and over 60 rooms, and represents one of the largest, most inspiring and immersive physical expressions of the brand to date.

Luxury home furnishings collections are seamlessly integrated with rare art, antiques and artifacts from across the globe. An elegant juxtaposition of past and present, relaxed and refined, the landmark property has been thoughtfully reimagined with great respect for its original vision as a prestigious private residence. RH Indianapolis also reflects the brand’s continued foray into hospitality with The Dining Room, a dramatic restaurant that opens – along with a Wine Bar and Terrace – onto a 35-acre private lake, lush formal gardens and vast forest landscape.

Sustainable concepts subtlety integrates with the classical design elements featuring water efficient fixtures, LED lighting, daylighting zoned lighting, high efficiency mechanical systems that speak directly to a central building management system, and solar-ready infrastructure integrated into the roof system.
