Ashroff Khan

As NORR’s global technology leader, Ashroff Khan leads our technology strategy with a business-first approach to digital innovation and investment. With more than 25 years of cross-industry experience, he connects technology decisions to how teams work, how the business operates, and what clients need.

Ash sees IT as a strategic enabler, not a support function. He brings experience in change management, project delivery, and risk governance to strengthen digital infrastructure across our disciplines and geographies. His focus is on making technology practical, resilient, and aligned with enterprise priorities.

Under his leadership, we are advancing AI and automation, business process re-engineering, and a Technology GRC framework spanning governance, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity. The goal is clear: improve continuity, reduce risk, and create a better experience for teams and clients.

Ash is active with several professional organizations, including the Project Management Institute (PMI), the CIO Association of Canada (CIOCAN), and the AEC IT Leaders Organization. He also serves on Egnyte’s AEC Customer Advisory Board. A lifelong soccer fan, he brings the same belief in teamwork and shared purpose to technology leadership.
