Manoj is a professional engineer with over 30 years of experience delivering client-focused programs for all levels of government, institutional clients, crown corporations and private sector businesses. He understands that the key to delivering a great project is through listening to clients to understand their vision. Manoj takes a holistic approach to client account management, from developing initial relationships to client care on project execution and delivery to building long-lasting relationships. This has enabled him to be very resourceful in managing a wide array of contract types, client groups, vested stakeholders and internal organizational business functions.
As Principal, Public Buildings Manoj will apply that same care for his clients to the support and lead his integrated team. A pragmatic and results-driven leader, Manoj is responsible for leading initiatives within the Public Buildings team and creating new opportunities across North America. His knowledge and experience are valued on complex buildings and linear infrastructure projects like Canada’s Parliamentary Precinct Long Term Vision and Plan in Ottawa, ON. Working as an engineer on historic buildings and refurbishments, Manoj understands the importance of the collaborative process to find dynamic design solutions.
Manoj’s impact is also felt in his community where he volunteers to help new immigrants make a comfortable transition to Canada. His natural ability to make connections helps new Canadians achieve their full potential.
