Rachel is a dynamic leader at the core of operations, providing significant client value through her management of business operations, talent development and project delivery. She leads teams of architects, project managers and designers, ensuring quality control procedures and committed production schedules. Since 2005, Rachel has made her mark at NORR taking on progressive roles as a designer, project manager, director – and today as Vice President of Operations, Transportation and Restaurants, and a member of the Board of Directors.
She plays a key role in strategic planning, operations budgeting, operational financial management and risk mitigation. A big picture thinker, Rachel understands the larger program management function for building strong teams and deploying resources across regions and projects. She is well versed across multiple market sectors including Hospitality, Residential and Restaurants. Her ability to develop strong and long-term relationships amongst multiple stakeholders in private and public sectors has resulted in successful project delivery.
As a member of the Global Council of NORRForward, our Corporate Social Responsibility program, Rachel is a leader, mentor and influencer of initiatives related to sustainability, diversity and inclusion.
Rachel’s love of design combined with her technical expertise and business acumen are at the heart of her approach to management. She places equal emphasis on design excellence, technical achievement and people success.
