Principal, Interior Design, North America

Valerie’s leadership role in interior design is central to our multidisciplinary practice, shaping how people connect. Beyond aesthetics, she defines human experiences through the integration of space, performance, and purpose. Her approach and designs inform every project phase from early programming to final detailing to create spatial strategies that deliver the unique vision of every project.

As Principal for Interior Design, Valerie draws on her extensive multi-sector insights across CommercialRetailRestaurants, and Hospitality. She leads transformative projects that deliver high-impact, from fit-outs and workplace strategies to complex repositionings and new developments.

Her active engagement in the design process is aligned to the Architecture & Design Materials Pledge, an extension of the AIA 2030 Commitment, encouraging designers to improve human and planetary health outcomes by applying intentional sustainable materials specifications for products and finishes.

3D modeling, Virtual Reality (VR), and renderings play a vital part of her team’s workflow. Designing in three dimensions, with accurate representation of materials, furniture, lighting, and spatial constraints has proven to be an effective communication tool that embodies Valerie’s efforts to bring the client’s project to life.
