AIA, Architect, OAA, AAA, NCARB

Vice President, Residential, North America

George is a Registered Architect with more than 30 years of professional experience in mixed-use, multi-family design.

A proven leader of multidisciplinary teams across North America, he brings a strategic lens to early-stage planning, identifying emerging housing themes and translating them into design solutions that strengthen project viability and long-term return on investment.

As Vice President, Residential at NORR, George brings an informed understanding of key shifts driving the housing market, including unified urbanism, branded residential as market-driven densification, missing middle housing as social infrastructure, and transit-oriented development. His work advances urban regeneration initiatives that attract investment through thoughtful land development and asset redevelopment.

George lives at the core of stakeholder collaboration to deliver multi-family projects that contribute to smart cities and resilient neighborhoods, emphasizing walkable communities, healthy buildings, and carbon reduction.

In his spare time, you will find George enjoying live music at various sized venues. He likes to feel the shared energy of musicians as they perform together – similar to the vibe he gets from working closely with his teams and clients to realize a unified vision.
